What we collect, and why.

Through the consultation intake and contact forms we collect your name, business name, what your business does, your current website (if any), what you’re looking for, inspiration links, your creative preference, your email address and — optionally — your phone number.

When you book a consultation we store the date, time and time zone of the meeting along with your name and email so we can confirm, remind, reschedule or cancel it.

For active clients we store your business details, plan, monthly price, subscription status, billing dates, payment history and internal notes related to your project.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Don’t Click This never sees or stores your full credit card number. We store only Stripe references (customer, subscription and invoice identifiers), amounts, statuses and dates.

We record basic, privacy-respecting usage events — page views and which parts of the site people interact with — to understand what’s working. We use local storage to remember that you’ve already seen the intro, and cookies where they’re needed to keep you signed in.

We don’t sell your information.

Information is shared only with the service providers needed to run the business — for example payment processing, hosting, email delivery and scheduling — or where required by law.
