- Your subscription keeps your website live, hosted, maintained and supported according to your plan. It isn’t just a maintenance fee — it’s what keeps the whole thing running.
- Do you offer support?

- Can I request changes to my website?
- Yes. Changes and support are included according to your plan.
- What happens if my payment fails?
- Your website stays online. You get a 20-day grace period with a notice on day 0, a reminder on day 5 and a final notice on day 15. If the payment still isn’t resolved by day 20, the website is temporarily suspended — not deleted.
- What happens if I cancel?
- Your website stays active through the end of your paid billing period, then goes offline according to the subscription terms.
- Can I reactivate my website?
- Yes. A suspended website can be reactivated by resolving the outstanding balance, subject to the website retention policy.
- Do I own my domain?
- It depends on how your domain was purchased. Ask and I’ll tell you exactly where yours stands.
