- No. Websites are offered through a monthly subscription based on the project’s needs.
- How much does a website cost?
- Plans currently start at $90/month, with more custom and interactive projects starting at $150+/month.
- Do I need to know which plan I need?
- No. That’s what the consultation is for.
- What does my monthly payment cover?
- Your subscription keeps your website live, hosted, maintained and supported according to your plan. It isn’t just a maintenance fee — it’s what keeps the whole thing running.
- Do you offer support?
- Yes. 24/7 support is included on every plan. Something wrong? Need a change? Just reach out at info@dontclickthis.link.
- Can I request changes to my website?
- Yes. Changes and support are included according to your plan.
- What happens if my payment fails?
- Your website stays online. You get a 30-day grace period with a notice on day 0, a reminder on day 5 and a final notice on day 15. If the payment still isn’t resolved by day 30, the website is temporarily suspended — taken offline, not deleted. Paying the balance brings it right back.
- What happens if I cancel?
- Your website stays active through the end of your paid billing period, then goes offline. Files and data are kept for 30 days after that in case you change your mind, then they can be permanently deleted.
- Can I reactivate my website?
- Yes. A suspended or recently cancelled website comes back as soon as the outstanding balance is paid, within the 30-day retention window.
- Who owns the website?
- While you’re subscribed, the website is yours to use exclusively. The design and code stay mine until they’re bought out — that’s what keeps the upfront cost at zero.
- Can I buy my website outright?
- Yes. A one-time buyout equal to 10 months of your plan gets you the site files and code, and I help you move everything to your own hosting. After that it’s fully yours.
- Do I own my domain?
- Your domain is yours. If you already own it, it stays in your account and we simply point it at your site. If I buy it for you, it is registered on your behalf and transferred to you free of charge whenever you ask, as long as your account has no unpaid balance. Domain renewal fees are included while your subscription is active.
- Do I own my content?
- Always. Your text, photos, logo and brand are yours, subscription or not.
